Our STEM Extravaganza with the Arizona Science Center was amazing for our first through fourth grade classes. Make sure you ask your student about all of the wonderful activities and engineering projects they did during the day. A big THANK YOU to Thunderbirds Charities and the Arizona Science Center for making this happen at Acacia!
Our annual Pull the Plug week was a wonderful success! We want to thank all of the wonderful families who participated in the family events every night. We encourage everyone to try and Pull the Plug once a week and enjoy time together as a family.
It is so important to have constant communication between home and school. That connection is part of the equation for a success student. Please do your best to meet with your child's teacher. We even have several early dismissal days to give parents and teachers time to meet. Just a reminder that we have early dismissal at 1:45 p.m. on Wed., February 8, Thurs., February 9 and Fri., February 10. As always, feel free to contact your child's teacher if you have any questions.
