It is so important to have constant communication between home and school. That connection is part of the equation for a success student. Please do your best to meet with your child's teacher. We even have several early dismissal days to give parents and teachers time to meet. Just a reminder that we have early dismissal at 1:45 p.m. on Wed., February 8, Thurs., February 9 and Fri., February 10. As always, feel free to contact your child's teacher if you have any questions.

We are busy learning as usual, but we're doing it with holiday fun this week. Be looking in backpacks for flyers with information on special activities classrooms are having. Buddy classes are making cookie ornaments, some are making wreath ornaments and others are even making gingerbread houses together.
Sixth grade will be having their annual Egg Drop! Science in Action!!! Students have been working on their project and researching the engineering of their protective case. They can only use straws and tape to create a protective case around an egg. Their project will be dropped from different heights hoping not to have the egg break.
Lots of fun learning, always, at A++ Acacia!
